Lead Qualification Agent
An AI agent that reads raw lead enquiries — web forms, call transcripts, referrals — and qualifies them using real B2B SaaS sales and customer success judgement, not just textbook BANT. Built on Python and the Google Gemini API, with a Streamlit interface supporting single-lead scoring and batch CSV processing. The prompt logic was refined through deliberate edge-case testing, uncovering and fixing two genuine schema gaps — an Ideal Customer Profile mismatch, and a missing category for existing-customer churn risk.
WriteHero
As a Full-Stack Integration Developer at DeepKnowledge, I built the frontend and game experience for WriteHero — an AI-powered educational application for children — using JavaScript and Phaser.js. I worked closely with UX, integrated with a Python/FastAPI backend and NLP service, and collaborated across engineering, design, and product to bring the product to life.
